PDATE: Smiths Surplus and Supply quickly corrected the issue by locating a suitable replacement strap and sending it to me. I ordered a CFP-90 with Patrol Pack. I received the order with missing parts. Specifically the patrol pack only has one shoulder strap instead of two.

I ordered two of the old style, 2 quart canteen covers, expecting them to come with the straps. I’m pretty sure the advertisement pictured the cover and strap. Upon examining my package, there were no straps included. I only ordered them so I could use the straps for a retro AR build.
