Bought the filbe complete main pack. Overall in good shape. Missing top drawstring. Missing any extra buckles and clips. Missing a few velcro strap retainers. I thought the complete system came with all pouches. My mistake. Bag is put together "complete with frame installed" purchase was easy! Overall I am happy with my purchase. Was on edge of seat entire time since purchase as I did not get tracking info. I would and will buy again from them. The modular sleep system I bought in very good condition and it arrived pretty much brand new. Shipping was fast and friendly staff. They seem the like a company where if you have a complaint they'll do everything they can to make it right.
