Highly recommended Spoke to Scott who was most helpful and couldn’t do enough for me even sending me pictures of previous jobs. I ordered an Alpha top which was delivered within 2-days. I fitted it this weekend gone, took me about 4-hrs but I’m not great with wiring, anyway it’s a brilliant top, great quality paint and and nicely finished as Scott said. I’d give them 10/10 if I could. Saving up for the Predator wheels next.

I wouldn’t recommend or ever buy from this company ever again. My tonneau cover arrived on a Friday afternoon whilst I was at work. First thing Saturday I removed my existing roller shutter and opened up the new cover, only to discover the corner had a small hole, about finger nail size. I called 4 x 4 and spoke with Scott, he didn’t have the authority to discuss my options and passed me over to James. James informed me that my cover was the last in stock, but that even if they did have a replacement they would not send it out. They suggested that damage would have been caused from the courier, and they would instead be claiming against the courier company. I would have to wait for the outcome of this enquiry... At this stage I now have no cover for my tools, as a carpenter I carry many tools daily, this just isn’t possible without a secure cover on my truck. 4 x 4 made it clear that they also expected me to store the damaged cover for what could be a indeterminate amount of time while waiting for the courier to respond. At this point I felt I had no choice but to fit the damaged cover and try to have it repaired myself. On deciding I would fit the damaged cover, it became apparent that the first part I needed to fit it was in fact missing. I called 4 x 4 again, and spoke with James to discuss the issue. As an alternative, I offered to purchase a 2nd, albeit more expensive, cover. This would give the company an opportunity to deliver the new cover and collect the damaged one, and still make a sale. ‘Win win’ I thought, as before James didn’t have the authority to arrange this. I was told to call back on Monday and speak to the manager Matt. I called on 4 separate occasions on Monday, each time I was informed that Matt was busy or not at his desk. I left my details at each phone call, however not once did i receive a return call. No one tried to contact me to arrange delivery of a new cover and collection of the damaged one. I have requested the details of the courier company; I have asked for a collection date for the damaged cover; I have asked for progress on the claim against the courier company and I have asked for a full refund. No one from 4 x 4 have responded to any of these requests... I have had to make the decision to purchase another cover from a different company as I am now unable to get my tools to work and need a resolution asap to this issue. I have spent nearly £1000 on the cover (as well as buying the Ford front grille which even the salesman told me they were not legally registered to sell). This should have sent alarm bells ringing, but unfortunately didn’t at the time. This was 2 weeks ago and still no word from 4 x 4. I have since seen that all complaints on trust pilot are for very similar issues. It’s clear that once this company have your money, they are not interested in any issues or responding to their customers. Please avoid at all costs. The next step will be small claims court or similar.

Great customer service! Ordering from Australia, Daniel quickly sorted out what I was after and had it shipped with DHL the next day, with it turning up in Melbourne 2 days after that - faster than local suppiers! The whole process was fast and easy, with friendly knowledgeable staff.

Ordered the Alpha SC-Z sports cover for my new Ford Ranger mid week and arranged fitting for Saturday morning. Arrived as planned to find the work bay and fitter waiting as booked, vehicle checked in and the work began. The fitter (Ralph) couldn't have been more professional if he tried explained everything thing to me and carried out his work with pride. Great looking top expertly installed.. well done all 4x4at.

I recently bought a new Ford Ranger and wanted to customise the truck. I reached out to 4X4 and it was Scott who helped me explore all the options and explore the design scheme within my budget I paid my deposit and booked in a date for the upgrades The transformation is amazing and Scott and the team delivered a first class job and experience. i brought rhe alpha type E hard top for my amerok from 4x4 arrived super quick, got messed around by vw main dealer about fitting the wiring loom, rang 4x4 and daniel sorted me straight out with getting it wired, chuffed to bits, couldnt be happier

Ordered various accessories ( bull bar, lights, chrome) for my ford ranger. Want to say that the products are fabulous quality, packaging and postage was second to none, arrived promptly. Would definitely recommend them.

I bought a rear nudge bar for my Mokka from these people in October 2019, first of all they sent the wrong bar, a week later the correct one arrived, & soon after it was fitted I noticed slight vibration & noise in the car. I have recently been informed during MOT that it was the bar causing the issues as it was touching my exhaust and the end cap was melting, therefore I had it removed. I informed 4x4at about this issue complete with evidential photos & that I wanted to return it under warranty for a refund, they said as its been so long (not even a year) that they can not accept it back for a refund, even though the fitting brackets have been welded to the bar in the wrong places which is what more than likely caused the problem. Avoid this company as they are money grabbing robbers and their product warranties are as much use as toilet paper! Update to 4x4at's reply: I sent this cowboy firm photos of the faulty item, and their argument was that I had it too long, when in fact it was still under warranty. So dont say you have not been warned. 49 people have already read this honest review, so that is a potential large loss of sales for 4x4at, I am happy! :-)

Had a fiew purchaises from this company but never again. Sent a fiew emails regarding the led lights I bought for a NP300 which one of them has failed letting in water. Received one email to send photos, DONE that. emailed back "I" will send replacement set, week went by waiting in as much as possible no sign of lights no email with dispatched, emailed again with concerns about failure of light & possible shorting & damage to canbus system this was done twice one to person dealing with it & one to Sales@ as don't get any reply when sent to person dealing with it after he said "I" will send replacement set then received a reply stating "I will check with warrenty department what's happening". What happened to "I" will send replacement set. Now blaming another department!. Well all I can say if they have a dedicated warrenty department they must have quite a fiew disappointed customers to employ a warrenty department. All my purchases have been bought from their premises in person & they have a fiew people working on computers behind a counter seems to me I'm getting the big elbow hoping I'll get fed up & go away. You do not get a response from them unless you keep poking them for a reply so if this is the way they do business they can keep their replacement lights & I will do business with the other 4x4 companies out there in future.

Still waiting for some Ranger hardtop cover bars that were ordered and paid for in mid June. After chasing the order I received the tailgate dampers after 8 weeks but still no bars which I was told a week ago are now in stock and will be dispatched immediately. No email or correspondence as an update.

Outstanding service from these guys. Slight mishap with first delivery that was obviously the courier not looking after the delivery so looked like the product had been stamped on with parts missing from the damaged packaging. After emailing with Daniel he arranged for replacement parts to be sent straight away. Will certainly recommend these guys .

THIS IS A COMPANY TO AVOID !!! Do not buy from 4x4at.com The parts I received was pure rubbish that did not fit te car. I claimed money back which proved to be very difficult. At the beginning they didn´t wan´t to answer my mails. When I told them I will take them to court they reacted but very slowly. 5 eeks later I got part of my money back, but I still had to pay freight for the rubbish I returned. They have stolen GBP 40,00 from me. This is a company to avoid definitely. Instead of absorbing the criticism and improving, they attack the customer, which proves what kind of company this is.

Would never recommend this company really poor customer service. Had ordered some wheel arches for my Ford ranger only to find out they where poorly packaged and arrived damaged, and they refused to replace or refund. There pathetic excuse was the person signed for the goods should of opened the huge box and individually checked the contents which would’ve been very difficult for my pregnant wife so congrats to the wonderful people at 4x4at here’s a clap for you guys.... By the way ordered the same arches at a better price from Storm accessories absolutely brilliant company to deal with.

I would highly recommend 4x4.at. they was extremely helpful when I was deciding which sliding bed tray I should order for my Amarok. Order was placed and delivered on time despite courier letting the side down, Matt even paid extra to get it to me on time. Was very pleased with the item ordered too. I ordered a canopy from Rob which was swiftly put through and delivered which was brilliant. On fitting, we realised it wasn't the correct type of canopy for what we intended to use it for. Call Rob to explain the mistake I made which he quickly resolved with the assistance of James. New canopy fitted which is everything and more we needed. Amazing customer service, amazing fitting engineer and an overall 10/10 for 4x4at.com Many thanks Dean
