From start to finish fantastic, the staff where so helpful and the canopy for my hilux was top draw great quality and worth every penny, Everyone is entitled to there own opinion but for me I wouldn’t recommend anyone else if your after a canopy for your truck . Many thanks tony jarvis

Absolutely awful experience with this company. I placed an order back in April, where 1 item was available to backorder, they had me wait 1 month+ for it. When the item was delivered, they were duplicate and the backorder item never arrived. Also delivery service was awful, came on 2 separate dates. Thus increasing my charges with my freight forwarder. While placing the order I notified the team that the item will go overseas. So i bought the items and got them delivered to a freight forwarder. When it reached destination overseas and we opened the box we found the duplicate or missing item. we notified them straight away with pictures etc. The company doesn't want to take liability for it, claiming the order date is too far away, but they forgot i agreed to wait 1 month + for the backordered item to arrive and they know it will take time to reach country of destination overseas. So basically they got my money and their is no sense of compassion/understanding towards the customer or anything like that. they don't want to take responsibility for anything. if i knew i would never have spent a penny with you guys. im sorry for this really bad review but youve got money in your bank account which you dont deserve. seriously. hard earned people money and nothing in return. no communication also. we have been asking for packing list which we never received. after this one, never again guys! i was thinking of doing more business with you but you lost your chance . i will report to consumer protection aswell. maybe your policy says overwise and you wont refund me but we all know how these things work and it is not nice from your side to have a level of service like this. customers are left ignored i hope people read this before buying something from you and realise they making a really bad decision. instead of creating a better world , you helping to make it worst. close down the shop and let people who know how to work do the job. seems like people are working for a salary down there and got not particular interest in the business and customer satisfaction. its always the same with you , i have read the other comments and i am not the only one AWFULL!! now you can keep my money! and i know you never reply to negative comments, you only reply to the good ones. what a shame

I ordered and paid for a roller deck storage unit for Ford ranger back in April with an estimated delivery of end of May. In May got told it was delayed and on next shipment. In July still no sign and was then told the ship was still sailing and delayed due to pandemic but I was assured I would have it middle of August. Phoned again in August and fobbed off with same story saying ship delayed and it would be another month. Have noticed the price has increased by £500 since I placed and paid for order and it would seem that they have sold my deck at a greater profit margin and seem to be pushing me to cancel order. Strange that the ship has been sailing since July ! Extremely poor customer service, disgraceful communication and would not recommend.

First time I have dealt with 4x4 and had mixed emotions about doing so due to the distance to the store, however my wife and I made the trip from Sheffield and were not disappointed. Upon arrival we were met by Scott Smith who was very professional and attentive and who listened to what we wanted and showed us what the items would look like on our vehicle. The tech guys did a great job and we couldn’t be happier with the end result. In fact we are so happy we ordered another 1,500 pounds worth of additional equipment for the truck. In conclusion if you are thinking about upgrading your truck new, or old, give Scott a ring And I promise he’ll take great care of you.

Can’t recommend these guys enough. Once again excellent customer service from Scott. Needed replacement struts for my Aeroklas canopy under warranty. Arrived this afternoon , 3 days before expected delivery. Brilliant company to deal with, no hassles whatsoever. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed.

An excellent experience from start to finish, a good price and service to match - what more could you want?

Bought a roof bar system for my mk5 hilux, told it would definitely fit my vehicle, as specifically made for the mk4@mk5. Ordered Friday delivered on Tuesday. Box had been opened before delivery, but all parts seemed to be present. On fitting one bar fitted and other bar doesn’t, two different lengths of clamping bar. Told replacement parts would be with me on Thursday, no joy. Today Friday, post has come and gone, no replacement parts. Use a 7 letter word that stats with F has a k in the middle and ends with g and put in front of these words, Angry Annoyed Disappointed Pissed off Let down Shafted And to top it off, had to cancel a pre arranged roof tent camping trip because I didn’t have the roof bars. Great job folks at 4x4at. Wil keep reviewers posted to if and when replacement parts turn up. Update 12/7/2021 Email sent today lie after lie after lie from this company. Still waiting for you to call me back from earlier today . But in the meantime they eventually turned up. All the first class stamps you said you affixed to the envelope have all fallen off and been replaced by one second class stamp. Gosh, that’s strange !!!!!!! Your incompetency astounds me. One 201 & one 202 has been sent as replacements, minus the levelling grommet that was missing from original set of bars. No wonder you only put up and comment on 5 star reviews on your internet page. Would never recommend anyone ever using your company. This will be put up on all of my off road, tree surgery and camping pages on the Internet. The abysmal service and lies from yourself needs to be highlighted so no other poor sucker has to go through the nonsense I have had to deal with over the last 10 days from time of ordering. So are you going to get it right this time round ? Update on update 31st July Well I’ve read your so called apology. It seems you are blaming the postal service and anyone else except yourself. Did the postal service send out the wrong replacement parts or some correct replacement parts and some wrong ones. Did the postal service lie about delivery dates and type of delivery. So either take responsibility for your part in the atrocious after sales service or go and boil your head and make some idiot soup. For anyone interested, the roof bars when fitted with the correct iron ware are a decent product. My advice is try and purchase from a more professional company. By the way Laura, I presume you never meant to cc some other customers correspondence with you to me. I reiterated an atrocious company to deal with.

Bought 4 sets of side window locks for my Ford Ranger canopy. Paid £10.odd for 24 hour delivery from a late Friday.( Granted expected order to come Tuesday , being processed on the Monday). No sign of goods Tuesday. So rang and asked what situation was..Told they don't do 24 hour delivery and were on 2-3 day. Their website and order page showed 24 hour delivery at £10, or 2-3 at £4...Emailed to ask for refund of postage .. no response ..Stay away from this supplier! Parts also arrived in 2 different styles, 2 original parts and 2 copies..

Good product as per advertisement and delivered on time, well packed and easily fitted.

After confirming side bars would fit my vehicle, they do not. Return fiasco then iniated, for a refund. 24 days later, still no refund. A summons for losses submitted 26/2/21.

Bought ex demo roll n lock roller shutter and chrome bars fitted £1300 . Dealt with S- - - t roller shutter came off vehicle in showroom never seen the outside says S- - -t All’s well 14 months down the line the black cover is showing white rust ( looks terrible on £25k motor. No problem 3 year warranty, Contacts 4x4 S- - -t 10 second phone call I’m informed out of warranty. Checks website definitely 3 year warranty, drives from Manchester to their showroom (4hour round trip) S- - -t again took pictures checked receipt on computer no problem I’ll get you a new one Uses the toilet on leaving S- - -t tells me 16 week wait comes from Miami apparently, ok no problem .on returning home check there website one in stock which I could buy , following morning ring S- - - tand tell him he has them in his warehouse, he changes tack and says as it was ex demo no warranty sorry , but he can sell me one straight away ??? (16 week wait Miami blah blah ) said I could probably get it powder coated somewhere GREAT IDEA !!!!
