I am very satisfied with cater nation as a whole. The customer service is quite responsive! I would like to see more options for hampton and Portsmouth as I spend a great deal of time in those areas.

I love the choices that I have within Cater Nation and can count on my orders to be sent with no issue. Cater Nation and Michelle specifically will let you know quickly if there is any problems and offer a solution and provide confirmation through voicemail that my order is coming that day.

I always go straight to Cater Nation for catering orders. The alternative would be to google restaurants in my area, and look through them one by one to compare. Instead, the CN website is easy to use, with all of my options listed including hours of operation, delivery minimums, and pricing. I can quickly switch from restaurant to restaurant to compare food options and pricing, and it takes minutes to complete an order. In addition to the simple ease of use, CN ensures reliability with each of these restaurants. They call me to confirm date/time of order within 24 hours of delivery. Out of 100 orders I've placed, I may have had only 3 issues. CN stepped in each time to remedy the situation when an issue did occur. I feel they truly value me as a customer. Love it. Always recommend to my colleagues for catering.

Cater Nation makes my life easier when ordering lunches for doctor's offices. Their website is intuitive with confirmation emails. The staff is professional, friendly, and courteous. The food is good and gets there on time. It would be nice if they could partner with even more restaurants and caters in the area.

Cater Nation has been my trusted caterer for almost 10 years (several name changes, but always the same awesome folks). I never have to worry about late orders or unresponsiveness. They are always just a click or phone call away. As a business leader who uses caterers on average twice a month, I have a LONG track record with them. They even catered my brunch after my wedding. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone wanting prompt, professional and knowkegeable service.

I recommend caternation to everyone. Their customer service is exceptional and should be an SOP for anyone in the customer service industry. I can't tell you what a great feeling it is to know that when you place an order - it will be correct and taken care of. Not only to you get an email confirmation, but a friendly, personalized acknowledgement of your order, via phone, the next day. They go above and beyond, and I don't and won't use anyone else.

They are the best every! And so convenient. I don't have to worry about getting prices from more than one caterer, I just go on their website and order from wherever and know that it will be here. The best part is they have a reward system and if you accumulate enough points you can get $$ off of your order. That is great considering we order a lot of food during our recruiting season and we have to watch our budget carefully.
