They always keep me informed of the status of an order that I have placed with them. Always providing the breakdown and a receipt of the order for me to have in front of me. Then, always sending a reminder the day that my order is to be delivered letting me know that it has been processed and is ready. They always take the review of each delivery seriously and follow up immediately if something wasn't up to their standards.
