Battling with this company, incorrect measurements of blinds. We order recess and 10mm should have been deducted which wasn’t the case and now they are asking for further funds to correct what was their error! Even after sending clear pictures against the tape measure. Be warned , so unprofessional, have asked for a complaint to be raised and it’s totally been ignored - go to a better company- avoid at all costs!

Product is perfect great quality informed me when was expected

Communication was poor but mainly due to it being diving the Christmas period.

Easy to order online quick delivery had a problem with one of the blinds we ordered too late to order for before Xmas they phoned us so picked another color said it would be there Tuesday didn't turn up phoned Wednesday couldn't apologise enough said it would be with me Thursday 30mins later got another call to say they would sent someone out that day about 1arrived 12.30 customer service was brilliant very helpful couldn't fault them and the blinds was definitely worth waiting for highly recommended won't shop anywhere else now

Very happy with my purchase, very straight forward ordering. When I recieved them they were clearly labelled so I knew which set of blinds were for each window.

The blinds are amazing can’t fault them . Could do with a little more communication to know about order progress . The actual blinds are perfect look amazing and just what they described . Price and quality perfect .

The blind arrived quickly. It was a perfect fit. There were no instructions, but with three clicks the blind was in place perfectly.
