Great delivery time very happy

I first ordered my blind set and when I received it I got the blind slats but no track. I called the company and they apologised and said they would ship the track out. One week later I got the track but instead of making it in inches as specified they made it in centimetres so obviously it was too short. Again another call to the company and another apology. Then one week later the track finally arrived and the correct size. The track had one extra hook on the track which wasn't needed so removed extra blind slat.

Poor quality not customer friendly. Wouldn't purchase from them again. Refused any refund.

Very quick from order to delivery. Ordered replacement slats, it would have been useful in the description it stated that the material was plastic, I assumed they would have been made of a robust cloth. Having said that, the blinds are well made and look very nice.
