Purchasing the blinds was very easy, the delivery was very quick, very easy to assemble, only downside is 2 of the blinds were dirty which was a shame but other than that, very impressed and would recommend.

Exactly what i wanted,and delivery was in 3 days. I am so glad i found this company,will be using them in the future and will be recommending them to friends and family.

Terrible company, sent the order in Cms instead of Inches and tried to say the fault was mine. If this was the case why was the price per slat the same? even though the ones sent were 3 times smaller? Ignored 5 requests from Amazon to refund/replace. You can get the same elsewhere cheaper, and without the three week waiting....

Order was received but there were 3 chainless weights missing. No response to emails and tried phoning but hung up after waiting for someone to answer for 30 minutes. Update: finally managed to speak to someone who said they would get them sent out in post today. Hopefully I will receive them!
