Took a while finding and ordering materials via website but OK once familiar with layout. Delivery slot booked on-line and social distancing was fine when delivery arrived.

Poor communication i waited over a week for delivery witch was fine but when it turned up some bits were missing and not even in stock was never told this not even the driver was not going to say anything until i asked then was told it would be delivered 4 days later on the Monday but nothing turned up so phoned again and was told it will be delivered on Thursday so now just waiting to see what happens tomorrow fingers crossed

You delivered the wrong size decking planks I ordered 4.8 and got sent 4.2 was only advised on delivery not good for my 1st order.. Rest of the order was complete then on Saturday received an additional 3 planks that were 4.8
