Very good service and helpful when we had a problem with the delivery date.

my order was delivered but with missing items which certainly should have been relayed to me allowing me to make alternative arrangements for the materials it is almost impossible to plan a woks schedule around a materials supply company who makes a delivery with half the materials missing very inconvenient to the builder and his customer. can you ensure that if availability of materials is in question you inform the customer when ordering.

2 different deliverys of gravel due both between 7.30am and 12.29pm on different dates (didnt order enough the 1st time) and both have been late. 1st one by a couple of hours and 2nd im yet to receive! No phonecall neither so say it will be late which is why i have rated poor. Had there have been communication it wouldnt have bothered me.

At the time of my order the website was not functioning as it should only allowing three items to be ordered at anyone time. Once when after two days I managed to speak to someone by phone, my order was corrected but the PAR timber required was replaced by treated. Regardless of any frustration I felt at the time all your staff when spoken to were kind, understanding and did their level best to be helpful. I think you (Interline) in going forward might want to develop a small dedicated helpline with staff well versed with your products, who can take an order and then pass to transport might be a better way forward.

Reliable, efficient service. Ordered on the website for home delivery, which was very easy to navigate. Got a delivery slot right away and the product arrived on time, even a little early.

Good quality materials delivered on time but a bit expensive.

Ordered paving slabs for the garden, they are very nice but a few have the edges damaged, this is why I have only given 3 stars. It seems there is a quality control issue when items like this are being picked as we have had problems from another well known local merchant.
