Delivery driver very helpful and unloaded everything himself, I did offer to help him but he said he will be fine unloading himself

I ordered 172 metres of cladding. It turned up shrink wrapped. The delivery note said 172 metres sent however i checked and was 65 metres short. I rang an unapologetic man who arranged for the balance to be delivered two days later. Unfortunately it was delivered to the wrong house and signed for by an eight year old ! If i had not checked the amount received and phoned i would have been swindled out of £112 of material! I Clad my shed then discovered that i was sent the cheaper thinner cladding so now my building will not last as long as hoped..! What a disappointing unsatisfactory service ! Apparently Inter-lines web sales team has tried contacting me about this issue several times! However I have never received any communications! Maybe this adds to the "Disappointing Unsatisfactory service!"

Good products, reasonable prices, great comms - delivery was exactly as arranged, and they offloaded exactly where we wanted it. I rang the day before to amend the order and this was no trouble.

Today Gary delivered my order of decking which I wasn't expecting until after Easter, Now I shall be able to get work done over the holiday, which is great. He was obliging and friendly even though he had to carry the boards some distance to my garden. He certainly contributes to the excellent reputation for service that your company enjoys

Need to keep a eye on prices as common items are very expensive ( screws, nails, saw blades etc )
