We used Stone Synergy for the worktops in our kitchen and utility room. We had fantastic service from the initial booking, template service and installation. Unlike so many other companies the ongoing communication to check specifications and arrange visits was exemplary. The fitting team were professional and courteous and a pleasure to have in our home.

Stone synergy have been great to deal with. Really helpful and 100% reliable. Everything was very well organised and they kept us informed of what was going on all the way through. We didn’t get chance to visit the showroom but their Instagram account was very good at giving us ideas and looking at the different options of worktop that had been installed recently.

Stone synergy have been brilliant to deal with, lovely customer service, we weren’t sure which worktop to go with so we booked to visit the factory in Wakefield. They have great big examples to look at rather than tiny squares you find elsewhere. It made a difference because we could see what it would like as an actual worktop. Danny one of the fitters came and templated and was professional and friendly. Danny and his colleague (sorry I didn’t get his name) came to fit the worktop a week later and it is beautiful quality and fitted really well. They were friendly and did a great job.

Absolutely love our new worktop!!!! The whole process was wonderful. From ordering the worktop, to organising the template and fitting. Communication throughout was wonderful and then the fitters were so lovely. Very friendly and fitted the worktop beautifully!!

Worktops are beautiful quality at first glance and price was very competitive however we are extremely bowled over by the customer service from both the office and the fitters - Danny and Andy. Danny was courteous, helpful, knowledgeable. They worked seamlessly around the tradesman on site, were extremely tidy and clean. The level of workmanship they applied was akin to some of the work we have seen completed in high end bespoke kitchens. Can’t thank them enough - a credit to the company and we will recommend both the worktops and especially the fitters to anyone who will listen!

Prices more competitive than the well known competitors that you buy kitchens from (we saved a third on our quartz). Fantastic communication from the office for booking templating to install date. We had quite a few issues with external factors and we must have changed both template and install dates at least 5 times and this was no bother for the guys, always happy to accomodate (shout out to Lauren and Tina). Danny and Andy were absolutely fantastic for both templating and install. Their professionalism, workmanship, and knowledge was exceptional. They provided some much needed banter too. Definitely will be shouting off the rooftops to anyone who wants quartz about stone synergy.

Absolute 5 star service from quotation to fitting, nothing was too much trouble and our templater Jerome recommended we change the colour of our worktops to compliment our kitchen and I’m so glad we did. Would 100% recommend, brilliant company.

I had some worktops fitted and Jerome done an excellent job. He fitted them so perfect and that finished my kitchen off. It was amazing. Jerome was such a nice person. I would highly recommend him.

Jerome and Matt were BRILLIANT. This company are the best find ever. I rarely write long, detailed reviews but these guys deserve it!! From my initial enquiry with Stone Synergy, Beth in the office has been great and sent a quote over very quickly along with some samples in the post. They are also fully available on the phone, not just and email or online contact for sort of company! The price was half the price for a Quartz work top so we were a little dubious but they seemed professional so went ahead. Jerome and Matt came to measure up and template our worktop, splash back and island and their patience, attention to detail, professionalism and politeness was second to none. They gave options on the measurements for the island and where was symmetrical etc. After they left, installation was booked for the following week which was super quick. They once again made the long drive from Wakefield to London and arrived at 7:30 a lot chirpier than I am at that time!! They cracked on and carried these huge worktops much further than usual. The worktops were siliconed and put into position, then they siliconed the edges and the sink into place and the silicone work was so neat and perfect!! Then, when you think its all done, Jerome proceeded to thoroughly clean the worktops and gave care advise for it. I am so impressed and these guys are incredible representatives of your company.

Delighted with our quartz worktop- Calacatta Code. Did lots of research, compared prices and concluded these couldn't be beaten. Support, samples and ordering was straightforward. From template to fitting was a week. Jerome and Connor were helpful, easy to work with and did a great job templating and fitting.
