one of the best portables

I bought the mouthpiece already 3 times. The first time it broke during transportation and it was replaced free of charge. The second time it broke because of heat and I ordered the version 2 hoping that it was improved but it broke upon contact with the vaporizer. Obviously I'm not buying anything from Puri5 anymore.

Nice unit, well made, great hit n Easy to clean. Heats up quickly but battery length not great so if able I plug it in when I turn it on. Can also get extra batteries which is nice it’s not a fixed battery. Great puff btw , whew

Finally in stock! Been trying to purchase from Puri5 for the longest time after trying my friends months ago, but it was sold out on my last 2 attempts. Ordered the Magnum3 and it was delivered so fast! My only complaint is that they keep selling out, which is not good for customers who are trying to buy their products! But omg definitely worth the wait.

Celebrity client gifted me the Magnum and I was so impressed, I made a purchase to gift to a couple of my other clients. Great product that can be used discretely when on set or in the studio. Surprised by how heavy the hits are for a vape. Not familiar with Puri5’s marketing strategies but they should consider gifting this to my artists in exchange for public exposure.

Product malfunction within 2 months

I opened everything up, followed all of the directions, charged the battery, and the thing still won’t hit. I’m looking it up everywhere online, and I can’t find anything to help my situation. Worst $200 I’ve ever spent in my life.

Lost my vape and had to order a replacement. The Magnum 3 produces some crazy clouds and it is so reliable. I’m clumsy and dropped mine my many times but it always worked great. Wish I could say the same for my iPhone lol

To big too hot. Burns the whole thing in one go. So if u want a hit or to this is useless. Plus it takes forever to get to temp and to cool down.

Super fast shipping. After some adjusting the temperature (went up to 402) it hits good. Haven’t used the water bubbler yet (wish it had instructions) but am looking forward to the smoothness/coolness it should provide. I would recommend to people.

Edit 29 Oct: I changed it from 1 star to 3 star rating. I received my replacement Magnum 3 on the 27th. The vape has been working without any issues so far. Edit 26 Oct: I have not received any updated about shipment information. Edit 21 Oct: I have been informed I’m being sent a replacement. I’ll keep updating. Edit 20 Oct: I have gotten a response from the warranty email on the 19th and 20th. The company responded three different times within these two days. I reply in a timely manner and they reply 24 hours later. I sent them a video of my issue and their response was “When did you receive the titanic?” They are either clueless or it seems like they are intentionally waiting the 7 day money back policy of theirs to pass so they can refuse my refund. Edit 17 Oct: An email was sent to the warranty address provided on Friday 16 Oct and still no reply. First day of using the Magnum 3, I made sure I had the battery charging overnight. When I turned it on, there was only 2 bars of charge. Whenever I turned on the Magnum 3, I would hear a continuous vibration sound, even after reaching its temperature. The vibration continues when powered OFF. I tried removing the battery several times and leaving it off for several minutes. As soon as the battery gets placed in the Magnum 3 and screwing on the cap properly, the vibration turns on again. Again, the Magnum 3 is still powered OFF. I tried taking the battery off and plugging it via micro USB, but the vibration comes on immediately (again, the Magnum 3 is still powered OFF). I am currently looking at my Magnum 3 vape pen turned OFF and hearing the vibration sound.

I bought this before for another person, I remembered smaller, but great anyways, he is very happy.

The water filter attachment makes for such a smooth experience. The flavor comes out clean and it’s very different hitting from this pen. I’m still getting used to finding my right temperature setting but for this being my first pen I really enjoy it.
