I have had the titanic 2 and it was great bought the 3 a couple months ago and its having problems and purI5 is ignoring my messages about it. I'll be shopping elsewhere next time.

The mouthpiece detached the copper part from the ceramic part . But other than that works great!

I like the product ..it works great i think there should be some work done on it cuz it gets a bit too hot at 410 when using the bubbler its a bit difficult to grasp it other then that two tumbs up

I ordered a product for the first time from the company. I have encountered a shipping problem that I couldn't understand. I had no notifications about my order for about 8-10 days and when I contacted your customer support, I surprised to find out that there was an address issue and nobody contacted me to ensure to ship the product on time and the answer i got was that they wasn't sure about my address but did not contact me to fix it. Yet the respond to my ticket was quick, and the product arrived within short time (probably by upgrading FedEx shipping method for free because of the delay)

I love Puri5 and can’t wait for new products as I have always had a great experience with all of m try purchase please come out with something new so I can give you my money my water attachment is great I need one for my new Titanic 3!!

the first time i used the bubbler it broke .I then put it back together with glue and some tape....I also find it very hard to put water in.....not happy ....BUT still use it ....L.C. Pomeroy.

The vapour produced is not the best or worst on the market, it unfortunately took considerably more herb than smoking for any effects to be felt. That wasn't my biggest issue though. The battery could never hold a charge which became progressively worse until the device would no longer work at all. Customer service helped me for a while with various troubleshooting via email until the warranty period ended which was around the same time that the device stopped altogether. I don't trust them. I'd never buy from them again.

Bought for my husband to use. Overall really love it so far. Only complaint is I wish there was better instructions and recommendations. Slowly but surely figuring out what’s best for him.

Worked ok to begin with reached out to puri5 got vague responses a day or 2 after sending. Now doesnt work at all reads "protect" on screen and caint get a reply from them. I've only had it 2 months about and its never left the house. Also the bubbler doeant work as well either, it will dump the water out the bottom i to the vape if not paying attention, not all the time but enough that it makes using it well useless. Worked for a minute then shows that its a pos with horrible customer service backing it.

Very disappointed with the shipping I paid extra for 2 day shipping and it got here in 5 days if they cant deliver in 2 days dont give the option that's why I give 1 star on service I order on 29 Wednesday 2 days is Friday 31 not Monday the 3rd

Terrible very disappointed...I did everything right it heats up but for some reason no smokes comes out just doesn’t work at all cuts off even when it’s fully charged I’m definitely sending it back had it only for 2days
