i didn't recibe the product because fedex wants to charge me extra $75 for shipping when i already pay it to puri5.

It's pretty easy to use, too keep clean.. The 5th star is missing because my bubbler / bong attachment doesn't seem to work.. Could be operator error 😔 but it leaks. Other than that, I love it

Service was good, only issue i had was I chose 2 day usps on purpose because I dont like fedex Service but was shipped via FedEx anyway
