Awesome product better than my Pax3 and the bubbler a must have.

So I’m happy with the product. It’s great. The reason I’m giving a rating of less than satisfactory is because when they shipped my device, i paid extra for two day shipping. They ship it two day, but they put a signature hold on my package because I have two addresses. One is my proper address, the other is my address I use as a billing address. This meant since I wasn’t going to be home, seeing as how I was at work. I wasn’t going to get my package on time bc fedex wouldn’t leave it without a signature. I called PURI5, asking them to remove the hold. They said they did this to prevent any fraudulent activity. So I had to call fedex and ask them to leave the package at my local Walgreens so that i could sign for the package. I had to wait in line and then wait fir them to bring my package out. It took 45 minutes. Ridiculous! I use a separate billing address for my own protection and I was penalized for it. Next time someone orders anything, if they have a separate billing address they should be informed about this stupid policy. I do most of my shopping online and have never had my packages held for signature just because I have a different billing address. This was a horrible buying experience. The product is magnificent. But all that seemed to get lost in my experience.

The product looks great however the battery does not work at all. I wonder if it’s possible to get a replacement battery.

Not sure how to use wax in this and what temp to have it on, I tried but wasn’t sure. Other than that using flowers in the puri5 deja vu was amazing!

I didn't know the complexity of this item. I will be returning them on Monday. Thank you for letting me try it out and hopefully I can try something different.

I'm still getting used to the Puri5, but am enjoying it. It feels as if I struggle to draw in air and allow smoke to form. I would recommend nonetheless.

Great Vape ! As advertised and then some.

Had my Dejavu for around 3 years. At first I had problems with charging port but the company did everything to make me happy and send me a replacement after sending it back. Also sent me a battery charger. It worked great since and it really is a good vape. Suggestions. Sometimes the top is really hard to get off if u can improve that and easier to get to battery. May get the magnum 3 next.

It is not working as advertised. I have followed the instructions for proper use and tried several different temperature settings but it produces very little to no vapors. I was very excited about this product when I purchased it but now I am very disappointed.

My only issue, if I choose to be extremely picky, would be the glass mouth piece for the Magnum 3 is currently out of stock for up to 6 weeks.

The Puri5 speaks for itself, my girlfriend actually got upset with me because I had this in my possession for a few months until i remembered and tried it out for the first time, she took the first hit and her eyes opened wide, she couldn't believe the flavor of the flower, she couldn't believe how good it tasted without burning the Herb. I Love it, she loves it and I'm looking forward to my next purchase of the Aviator 3 with bubbler. Awesome product, easy to clean👍💓
