Great company, great product. The magnum 3 heats up fast and is easy to clean. The battery lasts through multiple uses. I would suggest getting a second battery just to always have a spare.

It just had enough directions to power on and charge up. The bubbler has no instruction and leaks into the flower. If only they put some easy simple instructions it would be perfect.... right now i just hate it!!! Also there are no complete instructions, on how to clean the flowers out and components with the stcky towl.

I love my Deja Vu Vaporizer with the glass bubbler. Unfortunately I’m accident prone and broke the glass bubbler after a few weeks. It’s great that Puri5 sells the extra accessories at very reasonable prices. And their delivery is very prompt. I also like the ease of ordering on their site.

The bubbler drained into the unit. The screen said protect. I quickly pulled out the battery and put it upside down on the counter. Haven’t tried to use the bubbler since, the vaporizer still works. But I’m very disappointed that I can’t use it all together like I wanted.

not all the parts in the box cant use the blubber what a sad business practice dont even send it all to you

Best smoke accessory i’ve ever bought. Its a very clean and smooth inhale, it works perfect for both weed and dab. My friends all love it too. I never leave reviews on stuff but this was amazing, and the grinder i bought too was also very nice.

My product is defective, I've been charging the battery with the charger it came with and the battery level stays at about 35%. And when I unplug it, nothing is displayed on the screen it doesn't turn on.

It's a nice product but, there was no user guide for use, cleaning and storage. I went to a link for videos and they were very very vague. I have yet to try it on concentrates, not impressed with how it handles ground up cannabis.
