great customer service and no ? asked warranties, my friends have them and love them, I think we use less with it and am healthier for it

Customer service seemed friendly and nice but my box arrived with the plastic wrap ripped and the smaller box was ripped and all banged up. the outside fedex packaging seemed in tack so I can only assume the damaged boxes were put in the packaging that way. Usually I wouldn't care but it's an expensive item I'm paying for

Bought the Magnum-3 with the bubbler. Only negative I can find is that it does not have smart charging, it will not shut off and can potentially ruin your vape. So I set a timer, no big deal. Otherwise it is the best handheld vape I have ever owned. Hope they come out with a smart charging system or the ability to plug-and-play without a battery.

This is the vape you're looking for, trust me. Water bubbler, honey pot, it is not only fully functional, but a beautiful work of art to admire. The only problem I had was opening the box containing the water bubbler. I had to ruin the box by cutting it open lol. I highly (you see what I done there) recommend it.

After losing my Magnum 3, I purchased a vape from Pax, and Puri5 blows it out of the water in performance. So now I’m back for another Magnum 3. Lesson learned!

It's bad for flower I don't believe you get a good enough hit/draw from the dry nor the water pipe. As well I don't believe vaporizing flower works at it's full potential. Maybe it would work better for someone whom would want to use a concentrate/dab.
