I really needed some wrist bands for a presentation that required audience participation and seriously I went to every Office supply store in the City looking for a package of wristbands that matched the ones I used 5 years ago and NO GO. Everyone said, we don't carry those anymore. I happened to Google Wristbands and Wristco came up with exactly the Tyvek wristbands I needed in a rainbow of colors. The presentation went so well that our District leaders want me to present to a larger workshop audience at our Conference next fall (2017) using the interactive colored wristband presentation I gave! I will be ordering more colored wristbands as soon as I'm told the number of people coming to the conference. Thanks, you saved my presentation idea! Set up was easy, ordering quick, shipping fast. The only complaint I would have had was that shortly after we received our wristbands, our company decided to order 1000 more. We ended up having to pay a set up fee all over again. With most companies I work with, there is usually a period of time that our screens, plates, or dies...whatever they use for printing stay available. No such thing with this company. That is probably the only thing that I would consider next time we need to print wristbands.

I ordered three mystery packs. Ideally hoping for three different colors. That didn't happen despite contacting someone prior. When I received the band's other than having to scramble to obtain a third different color from a different source I was happy with the product. The band's were bigger than I thought they should be, no flaws were visible and the scouts wearing them were happy. My only complaint would be if a person orders multiple packs even the mystery ones you should ensure that get different colors. The boxes were labeled with the color so it was an easy fix. I will buy products from them again despite this.

Per usual, I waited last minute to order wristbands (customized wristbands, at that) for an event that was in two days. Even with shipping via overnight air, my estimated receive-date was going to be a day or two late. I contacted Wristco to see if there was any way to rush the order. I honestly did not think it was possible...but they said 'absolutely,' and I got my order in less than 48 hours. On top of that...I forgot to input my coupon code, so I emailed Wristco the coupon and my transaction number, and they applied it to my sale faster than I could check my credit card account. Needless to say, I'm super impressed. Keep it up Wristco!
