Very easy to design a custom wristband and the finish product looks very good.

To be completely honest with you folks, the ordering process ended up a bit confusing because I did not receive what I thought I had ordered. During the design phase of the wristband, you are able to choose a background color and then add text and logos. When I did this, I chose a yellow background and then I approved the proof of what my design looked like. Upon that approval I was then directed to the order page where I order the number of wristbands I needed and, then comes the confusing part, the color of the wristband. I assumed that because I approved the yellow background in the proof, the design would be printed on a white wristband. Thus, my failing to realize that the yellow background was actually the color of the wristband, I received my text and logo on a white wristband and there was no yellow background. Of course this is clear now that I had to reorder, and pay again, and have my design on the correct yellow wristband. So my one and only suggestion would be to have the acceptance of the customer's design proof as the final step right before checkout. The bottom line is the product is awesome and the "yellow" wristbands with my design are a big hit with all us here.
