We ordered custom wristbands from your company. The next week we found we needed several more. When I called, one week later, I was told we would have to pay another $45.00 setup fee because "templates are not saved". We are on a limited school budget, and I asked if the fee could be waived. I was told "absolutely not". Letting the customer know this information up front would be very helpful! So disappointed in their lack of flexibility. I will not order from this company again.
