I like the quality of these writable wrist reminders. They stay on well, also. Very quick shipment. Good price. The only issue I have with them is that they are hard to attach to myself. I use them for reminders for my A.D.H.D. They are also a bit too large for my medium (not even tiny) wrists. I'd like to see them in a shorter length. I used to buy a wrist reminder with lines pre-printed on them from Mead, but they seem to be discontinued so I decided to buy these. Not bad overall. I'd recommend them.
