I've been on CPAP for about 8 years and was so happy to find Northern Respiratory a few years ago. The others don't care about the patient at all, often out of stock, and outright rude. Steve understand we have choices and that the customer's time is import too. (I was told when trying to by filters at my old place that, "The person that does that is on lunch. Can you come back in half an hour?" I didn't.) Wouldn't even think about buying my machines and supplies from anywhere other than Northern Respiratory.

My CPAP machine was recalled, they provided me with a loaner immediately as I did have health problems related to the recall. The time they spent with issuing a newly recommended mask, hose, CPAP machine and explanation of all settings was phenomenal! Over the phone, during Covid, everyone I spoke to was so pleasant that I have to deal with these exceptional people from now on. In ten years of CPAP, I have never had such service, pleasant staff or care. I would highly recommend Northern Respiratory for any respiratory issues. Highly knowledgeable for all CPAP machines, etc. 10 stars

Canada | 16 September 2021I ordered a new mask for my husbands breathing machine and Rob told me that there was a deal where you buy one mask and get a second mask for free. As a result we now have two brand new masks. We made arrangements to pick them up a few days later. Excellent customer service! Rob takes the time to talk to us and gives us the best deal possible. They were pleasant, friendly and polite. I felt at ease as I had been anxious regarding my newly diagnosed problem The staff at the front desk were very helpful in figuring out if I had coverage (which sadly I did not) In addition I have had 2 phone check ins by the staff to see how I am managing. This is the kind of follow up that demonstrates Northern Respiratory's commitment to customer service. I am very impressed with Northern Respiratory and I will highly recommend this business to others.

Canada | 09 September 2021I was provided the cpap equipment that I requested. I had talked to several friends for their advice. I got the pillow model. I had problems and asked to try another model. They had no problem giving it to me. It was more comfortable but the events were still too high because of mouth breathing. A You Tube site said to try putting tape over my mouth while another site said be patient. I did both and went back to the pillow model. Now it is comfortable and my events are lower than 5. A very happy cpap user.
