Canada | 26 April 2021Lionel and I have both been served by you for several years. Very little upkeep was required during the 5 years using the CPAPs. However since the switch over to BiPap Lionel has been successful with his. I have had little success with mine. Several attempts were made by you to resolve the issue. To this day I am still only getting at most 2 1/2 hours of use from the BiPap. Thank you for your assistance for this matter.
