Canada | 20 April 2021The initial visit back in August of 2020 was very good. Lots of explanation and help to guide me for what machine and masks were available. How to use and install the machine and mask was very good. But once I left, that was the last contact I had until now (April 2021) to ask to leave a review. There was never any follow up asking how things were with the mask and machine, if my sleep has improved or not, if there was any questions or concerns that I may have. Now being 8 months since then, I have looked through the manual on time frame for parts replacement as a prompt can up for filter change on the machine. I will be shopping around and more than likely not return to Northern Respiratory.

Canada | 07 April 2021The manager Rob MacKay efficiently helped me to choose a new style of mask that didn’t have to be reefed down to seal, like my previous mask, which had also left multiple marks on both cheeks for most of the working day. The camera system helped determine the size needed but Rob’s experience told him I needed a medium rather than a large. Now I sleep more comfortably without the marks left in my face and I’m glad to recommend him and Northern Respiration to anyone.

The CPAP mask I require is a full face one and when I mentioned I was nervous because I'm claustrophobic they found a mask that works well for me!
