I was quoted 30 but they stated some were scratched which is fine. They offered to return those for free which I accepted and confirmed what the payment for the rest would be and are mailing my check. All in all I get $14 was happier when it was higher but hey it’s money I didn’t have.

The only good thing I can say is you will eventually get some money. They did not take some of my DVDs. They said they were fake. They said they will send them back for free if you request. I did request and did not receive a response. This place might be a scam. Be careful if you use them. I have used places like decluttr and sellbackyourbook without any problems.

Already took barely any of my titles, and paid barely any for the ones they took. Got a quote of $28 and sent it in, great condition on most of the items and received $13. Nice scam

Selling DVDs and Blu-Rays is as simple as the instructions say and this company is very quick to issue payments. Have sold to them several times and the process is always the same -- excellent.

The buyback experience went great, however I was told they did not receive one of my items, when I know for sure I sent it. However, they did reimburse me which I thought was very nice. Overall the process was very easy, and I’d recommend them and use them again.

The fact that you have no way of assisting in getting the DVD's or CD's UPC codes that are LISTED on the items to be read is ridiculous or that you privide a phone number that no one picks up... this has been your consistent poor service prior to the pandemic so don't use that as an excuse. elow is the email trail of your horrible service . I guess some of my items were bad but all that work for $10 which was originally $40. I should just donated my stuff to someone.

I've used EagleSaver quite a few times. Most recent was last week. They are pretty much just what they claim to be. Easy to add items to the shopping cart which shows the quantity and amount. They even provide the shipping label and a bunch of FAQ's. I'm very satisfied and will continue to use them.
