United States | 13 December 2021EagleSaver purchased 51 CD's and 69 DVD's with one issue. The issue was with one of the CD's (that was worth the most of any CD) was rejected because it had surface defects. They returned the CD to me, I examined the surface of the CD and found the noted surface defects on the outer edge of the CD. Since none of the nearly 120 purchased and recorded CD's played on my players and computers showed these defects, I concluded that the defects were there when the CD was purchased. I verified that the defects had no effect on the recorded music (my exam showed the area of recorded music was at least 0.5 inches from the defects and I played all 11 songs to further verify it). Although I offered my assessment and a photo of the surface clearly showing that the recorded area was not affected to the team at EagleSaver, their decision was "final" (without any chance of review). I found this to be opposite from the wonderful words they use to describe their service. That's why I gave them only 4 stars.

United States | 10 December 2021I spent 3 hours scanning 300+ cds and when I tried to process the order, I got a message indicating that the average price per CD must be at least 75 cents. I was instructed to delete the lower priced CD's to get me to an average of 75 cents per item. This would result in my deleting 270 of my 300+ CD's. A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME. IF YOUR TIME IS VALUABLE, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!!

The only downside was scanning the items as it’s a little tedious but it’s a small price to pay considering. Would definitely use the service again.
