Like the experience but later I found that to type down a code bar number is a tedious job. Better if you provide a scan App to read the code bars.

I have a suggestion for your online website please when selling books and CDs and DVDs to you after I scan one it would be nice if the cursor would return to the same box where I could scan another instead of having to go back and reposition the mouse myself that would be a big help

As soon as they got my package, I received my payment. That was awesome. One small observation though, can you ask your developer team, to set the focus of the cursor back to the input box once an item is added? I’m using a scan reader and when I add an new CD, I have to click the input box over and over again. Thanks

this is why you should not use eaglesaver After you spend several hours entering barcodes and neatly filling your box, Eaglesaver tells you that you must remove a bunch of lower value items because they need each item to have a .50 payout value. What makes me so mad is that Eaglesaver SELDOM offers you more than .20. If you don't want .20 cent items then doen't allow us to put them in your cart. Eaglesavers is frustrating and stupid. I'm not going to dig through my box and pull out the stupid CDs that you ALREADY allowed me to submit. I had to spend another two hours removing items fromt he submission list that I had to dig in the already packed box to find. I had spend the entire day submitting 100 CD's that totalled 40.00 and now had to remove an unspecified amount like some macabre game. When I finally finished and was able to submit the order, they chose to show me their submission rules. The CD's Must be New or look new. Now i remember why I stopped using Eagle savers four years ago. How stupid of me to consider trading with them again. DECLUTTER is much easier to work with. Eaglesaver replied to this without one ounce of regret that they have an unhappy customer. Please don't contact me Eaglesaver. All you care about is eliminating bad reviews. You do NOT pay the most. You pretend to offer the most. After all is said and done, you pay very little are are frustrating to work with. DECLUTTER is my go to trading partner for CDs. They are honest and easy to work with. They don't play games like you do. Instead of jumping to these reviews with defensive comments, Eaglesavers should spend their time making their app less frustrating. DECLUTTER is 100% better!

Very easy to use and provided free shipping for the items I was selling. It's not easy to find a buyer for old DVDs and CDs. EagleSaver was a great solution for me and I recieved payment quickly through PayPal.

It takes too much time for too little money to bother with. A large percentage of the time the scanner doesn't recognize the code or spits out that they are not buying that title. Then as you may take some time to go through your CDs because so many are not accepted (and you have to meet the $20 & 50 cent avg price threshhold) they'll empty our cart for inactivity. So you're starting over again. Finally, once your CDs arrive there are "issues" of course. The latter I understand but the rest is just too time consuming. Just give them to Goodwill.

Great concept but unfortunately, it's really not worth the effort and time put into checking each item and then to have so many returned which were in perfectly good shape. Also, in some cases only offered pennies so again, not worth the time spent. Will donate the rest.

Originally gave 3 stars but I never got my items back that they did not accept. Paid 13.00 of 42.00 and kept all the items. Asked for them to ship back and they have not. It’s been almost 15-20 days. I’ll never use them again. They pay what they want and steal the rest.

Second order that I shipped was received and check was issued. Deposited check on 10 7 and twas returned against my account. No explanation from Eagle Saver and they are not taking phone calls. I would say that deserves a negative rating but that was not an option.
