A very helpful company. Accidents happen and my delivery of rope edging etc got damaged in transit. On receipt I checked everything and reported all damaged items. Replacements were sent quickly. Everything completed to my satisfaction. Excellent product too.

From asking for samples (twice) which was free unlike other companies, to ordering and recieving my Driveway Blocks, I found Simply Paving wonderful. There website was good and when I had to ring to delay delivery, the staff at the end of the phone were very friendly and helpful. They delivered on the day I had asked for and the delivery driver was very friendly and helpful. I had no damages to the Blocks which were well packed. I would definitely recommend and use again. The first delivery I received of the steps that I ordered had lots of water and rust marks on them, contacted the company and spoke to a Suzanne, she was very helpful and got the problem resolved very quickly and efficiently, got the new ones sent out within a week, everything was thoroughly checked by Suzanne herself to make sure we had the best possible outcome of the steps that we needed.

Good value and efficient delivery service. Small issue regarding packaging on a broken pallet which led to one paver being cracked but overall good value service.
