Disappointed to see that when paying for product via PayPal, the payment was to Stearn Electric Company Ltd, not direct to Bissell. I don't have a warranty card to complete and post off so no real hard evidence of a two year warranty/guarentee. The Powerwash Pet carpet cleaner seems to be ok, a little on the heavy side. The dirty water tank, despite being a good size only allows for so much dirty water otherwise when you lift it out, water, DIRTY AT THAT comes out of tank!!!!! And goes everywhere just to make you aware.

like a snap of my fingers and it was at my door. i'm surprised at how much that wee thing gathers up. it is so easy to go to and fro with it - lightweight - and it does the job. i've a white West Highland Terrier, a large garden, and i tend to sweep up indoors quite often. this wee carpet cleaner i bought is so light (i'm 85) and easy to use and definitely does the job - i was quite surprised when i emptied it the first time. it could have been made for the elderly!

The order for my Bissell was quick but they forgot the cleaning products package part of it. After emailing them, they were very apologetic and sent the cleaning products straight away!

"What made your experience great?" You asked. The purchase of domestic appliances does not in my opinion constitute a "great experience". I purchased a Bissell floor cleaner about ten years ago, a few days ago it died. I searched on-line to see what considered to be the best design and value for money, read lots of reviews. None seamed to better the Bissell, so I bought another one.

The product works well (SpotClean Pet Pro) and is easy to use. Suction is good and I have so far used it on a mattress and a rug. However, it does require a lot of elbow grease as there are no rotating parts to help with the cleaning process. Also, the waste water tank is somewhat cumbersome to empty, but it’s not a big deal really. The tools that come with it are fairly basic, it could do with a much wider brush included for cleaning larger areas.
