I tried to find out from Bissell if I'd actually managed to purchase the product or not, and they never got back to me. In the end I bought the same product from Argos. product good, Bissell customer service non existent.

Extremely pleased with the spot cleaner .We used it on our sofa and chairs on some old stains it worked very well and cleaned the fabric well,a few spots that it didn't remove I will try again as I really used it quickly to see the outcome . The attachment was half the price that it was on Amazon. Shipping was reasonable, and the piece arrived very quickly! I would highly recommend using this site.

United Kingdom | 28 December 2024love this floor cleaner. its so much better than using a mop and bucket and is a lot cleaner. it separates the 'lumps' and the dirty water so you can chuck them straight in the bin. its disgusting but also satisfying to see the colour of the water (I have a dog and a 5 year old)
