Buying a replacement carpet cleaner was easy to choose from website efficiently progressed and delivered quickly. Good service. The cleaner is great good value and does a good job. This is our second one of same model replaced after 3 yrs hard labour. Pretty good for appliances these days.

Very pleased with the carpet spot cleaner, easy to use with great results. First machine had a broken part on delivery but replacement cleaner supplied without a hitch. Can recommend the spot cleaner for cleaning smaller carpets and rugs.

Delivery very quick Bissell is a reputable product. Bought a steam shot handheld steamer couldn't wait to try it. it's excellent does what it says on the tin. Just one thing that's a bit of a nuisance the water tank is not big enough but no detriment to the steamer. Long cable on it. fantastic purchase highly recommend

This machine is very good it's a powerful little hoover as you push and when you pull it back it steam cleans your floor, rugs. This machine also self cleans amazing . I found it easy to go to your web site and order my carpet shampoo. You regularly seem to have a special offer, where I can get three bottles for the price of two. You don't charge for delivery but I still received my parcel within two days.

Great service delivered on time

The correct order was delivered as promised. Unfortunately I needed to return the item and despite the fact that the return was due to my mistake and not Bissell's, they still allowed me to return the item free of charge and arranged a prompt full refund back in to my bank account. Three households in my family use Bissell carpet sweepers and we find them perfect for quick tidy ups between weekly vacuums.
