I am so happy with the service I have received. I found the website really easy to use and I could make an order with ease. After I placed my order I received an email confirmation and I received up to date emails of where my order was. My items got delivered in three working days of placing the order. My items were wrapped in bubble wrap so they were protected.

I hadn't shopped at Poppy and Zach before, but after a web search I discovered they were offering the cheapest price for my daughter's jacket. They were also offering free delivery for orders > £30. Nice website with lovely children's items, hassle free purchase. Delivery wasn't super speedy, but I can't complain considering it was free and still arrived within the time frame they quoted! Will use again.

Ordered the Manhattan Toy Bunny in Latte for my 14 month old. He instantly loved it, as do I. It's so soft and huggable and the perfect size. He doesn't normally cuddle toys but this is the exception and I couldn't be more pleased. Delivery was very quick.

After searching all of the internet without success for a particular size and width of Startrite toddler shoe I decided to visit Poppy and Zach's. On the website the size I needed wasn't available and after a couple of phone calls to different departments at Startrite the gentleman managed to find me some and they arrived by the end of the week. I was very impressed with the service and perseverance and know where to head first next time!

The item I ordered wasn't available, but they very quickly let me know and found me an alternative. Also, they ship to the US, which not a lot of stores do.

Poppy and Zach failed to deal with issues regarding an order placed and paid which they were unable to honour. They failed to pick up the phone to sort. I had to specifically request a refund which wasn't forthcoming. My daughter as a result didn't receive her birthday present as anticipated.This is my 3 rd amended review as when I left the first review I received an anxious call and several emails from their MD asking me to reconsider my review and if I did they would send me a replacement pair of wellies. I did agree to this against my better judgement but sadly only to be let down again. Never received, never honoured despite chasing up. Really poor customer service and on reflection offering a sweetener to manipulate negative feedback or comments. Based on this I would certainly not order from this company again. A company which clearly fails to put the customer first.

This was the only UK website I could find the item I was looking for. Although if was out of stock it noted it was due in a week. So I ordered it. I was provided with a follow up email confirming exactly when it was due in and when despatched and delivered. All with no issues and I actually received my order in a week. Perfect service.
