Great prices, package dispatched same day with free shipping to sweden and my emails were replied same day as I sent them. Ordered on 16th dec and had it on the 23th before x-mas What more can i say :)

The website was easy to use, the order arrived within a shorter time than predicted and was well packaged.

At first my order was incorrect but after I emailed the company it has been fixed and I am even getting a free teddy for no extra charge. I got 3 air puppy teddys and the quality is amazing. They arrived fast aswell and I will Definitely be ordering again with this company!

This toy is fabulous! We gave it to our 4 year-old granddaughter for her birthday and it was a big hit! Not only did she not stop playing with it all the while she was visiting us, but she wouldn't relinquish it in the car on the ride home, and we were told she refused to be separated from it at bedtime, too. The quality is good, and we would recommend. Poppy & Zach were the best, too! Proper good service, fast shipping, and best price. What more could you ask for? The only suggestion we have is this: we would suggest P&Z use their company name, in the future, for shipping correspondence. The email message we received from Royal Mail, regarding delivery, was in the personal name of the sender, whose name we did not recognise. It made tracking the parcel confusing. But to be honest, we had already received the toy by the time Royal Mail notified us, so partly the confusion was in wondering what we had ordered that was not yet here. Highly recommend - five stars all the way!
