My recent purchase from Poppy & Zach was inspired by the fact that they had Micro scooters and accessories at a competitive 10% off the usual asking price, saving me around £8.30 on a scooter and helmet for a friend's daughter. In addition to having the best price I could find online, they offer 5% cashback through Quidco (which tracked promptly and is worth a further £3.28), plus free delivery on orders over a modest £30, so the cost of having scooter and helmet delivered was some £11.50 cheaper than buying the very same products in town. Whilst the price was outstanding, no corners were cut in service or delivery; my order was dispatched on the morning after it was placed and delivered on the following day by Royal Mail, with e-mail notification both of dispatch and of impending delivery. The items were as ordered, in faultless condition, and adequately packed. Excellent value with good communication, dispatch and delivery; nothing to complain about, at all.

Ordered two micros scooters and an O-seat. Customer service was brilliant and came quickly. Best part was the price as they was cheapest around!

I bought a play mat for my son from this company. I found them online and at a price that was quite a bit cheaper than even sites like Amazon. I ordered the play mat and the very next day recieved an email saying that one of the animals in the set was missing and would I like them to hold onto it until they got the part or send it and they would send the missing piece as soon as they had it. I choose to get the play mate which was then sent out the next day. Excellent product, excellent price, excellent customer service.

Wanted a good quality doll's house for my daughter, ordered the Sophie's House doll's house from Poppy & Zach. I was impressed by the swift delivery of the item. It was very easy to put together and I am incredibly impressed by the quality of materials used to construct doll's house.
