United Kingdom | 21 February 2019Terrible service. I booked my 4 star hotel confirmed. When I got to the hotel I was told they had reserved me in their sister 3 star hotel. So I cancelled the reservation. A week later I am still waiting for my refund.I have contacted the company I keep being told some feeble excuse. I am so disappointed with their customer care

Poland | 21 February 2019Nocleg sie nie odbyl. Pani na recepcji stwierdzila ze nie ma dla nas miejsca, mimo potwierdzonej rezerwacji. Jak stwierdzila sprzedali komus pokoje na tydzien i na jedna noc sie nie oplacalo. Probowalismy sie dodzwonic do Elvoline, niestety bez skutku. Sprawa do zgloszenia jako oszustwo.

Russia | 21 February 2019Ещё не улетела на отдых, а настроение безнадёжно испорчено , не знаю что делать. Через Триваго забронировала на Alvoline отель в Египте, подтверждение брони не прислали. На письмо о просьбе ответили, что нет у них никакой брони, хоть я и все реквизиты в том числе банковской карты, отослала. Отправили уточнять на Триваго, те снова на Alvoline, круг замкнулся. Вот что теперь делать? Снова бронировать через другой сайт, вдруг потом 2 раза оплату снимут с карты или ехать как есть, но может оказаться что в отеле нет моей брони и меня не заселят . Написала в отель, там типо мой запрос куда-то отправили, но нет ни ответа, ни привета. Плюнула бы на все, да невозвратные авиабилеты на руках
