The booking was easy to make and when I arrived at the hotel the room was ready etc. However, I did try to change the booking to see if the hotel would put an extra bed in the room. Having called the hotel direct they confirmed they could do this but would need this request to be put through elvoline. Despite a couple of attempts to get through to elvoline on the email contact recommended I never received a response. So, three in a bed it was! Not ideal. Suggest you don't book with elvoline unless you are sure your arrangements will not need to be amended!

I was very disappointed in your service. Very difficult to speak with someone, and then understand them when I did reach someone. Very confusing to cancel a reservation. I will never use your service again.

II have copies two email which I sent to you to cancel this reservation, no reply even thou I had free cancellation, I contacted the hotel and said they could not refund me. Cancellation policy on your web page is a joke. Your phone number is a joke. I am out of Pocket for a €177 . I want my refund reservation number

Bei elvoline.com besteht der kundensupport /helpdesk nur aus einem computer! da kannst du endlos anrufen, antwort kommt immer vom computer! das gleiche procedere beim stornieren: habe ca 6x den cancellation-process ausgelöst und immer die gleiche computer-antwort bekommen: danke für deine meldung, wir rufen dir sofort zurück. das seit anfang mai 2019 bis heute 20.7.2019! Nie wieder Elvoline.com!

The rooms are very big. Good view. Breakfast is very good but dinner is almost every evening the same. There is little room at the swimming pool. Beds are verry close to each other. The bar outside is very small. There is no animation in the evening or it will happen inside. The location of the hotel is very good.

Ich hatte vor einigen Monaten eine Reise bei Elvoline gebucht, dies ging schnell und einfach. Ich hatte eine Storno-Option dazu gebucht und alles im Vorraus bezahlt. Leider ist etwas dazwischen gekommen und ich wollte die Reisedaten ändern, dazu schrieb ich den Kundendienst !!4 Wochen !! vor Antritt der Reise an. Niemand meldete sich, darauf rief ich die Hotline an, hier auch keine Chance, weitere ca 10 Nachrichten drei Wochen lang kamen zu keinem Ergebnis und ich konnte niemenden erreichen. Ich muss annehmen, dass diese Handhabe zur Geschäftspraktik gehört. Die 200€ für die drei Tage, die ich das Zimmer nicht mehr bewohnen konnte sind nun weg. Nie wieder Elvoline!!!
