We didn’t get what we paid for.. apparently the information sent to Hilton was incomplete and they didn’t have a correct room for us. The room was for only 2 people, 1 adult and 1 child. Very disappointed with the service we got.

United Kingdom | 09 August 2019Perfect location for our short visit to North East London , with good local restaurants nearby. Historically the building doesn't have a lift so for 70 yr olds / 2 single rooms, the 65 +stairs were a challenge each time. The rooms were of a good size for this brief stay and very well equipped, and clean, though my personal duvet cover was wearing rather thin . Friendly staff and excellent continental breakfast. Would like to stay again ...and just have to keep fit to do so !

Nice breakfast Family oriented Bad wi fi, bad access and help on check in and check out. You have to carry your bags throw paths, stairs Timetable of the pool is until 19.00 at 18.59 they shutt it and not a single minute of tolerance, when you have sun and heat until 21.00 I don't understand it

We had never even heard of them before and, at first, we thought the deal was too good to be true. Naturally, we were hesitant...you can't believe everything you see/read on the internet. In the end, we were able to stay for 11 days for the same amount we budgeted to spend for 7 days. We're so glad we booked through Elvoline, they're for real.
