Turkey | 16 September 2019I had a reservation for SH63736.. in Marmaris from 11th to 15th September, 2019, 4 rooms. The last free cancellation day was September 4, 2019. I tried to cancel one room about 2 weeks before 4.9.2019. I sent many emails but no one answered. I lost about 200 euros. I can't recommend elvoline.com.

United States | 15 September 2019My honest experience? I would never use Elvoline.com as a thirdparty again. I was not given the apartment i payed for. The information from the hotel was not distributed to us, so we did not had the chance to cancel our booking. They write everywhere that they have a 24/7 service number, but they hung up all numbers for the two days i tried calling them and i still havent got a reply by mail either.

We are not for the first time in Italy and we know, that almost all beach hotels have their own places on the beach and the roam price includes this option. As I asked why we nevertheless have to pay for beach using they told me that is because of booking by Elvoline: they excluded especially using of beach. So, I understood by check out why the price on Elvoline was better. Cheaper is not always better…

It's very convenient for you to have a great cancellation policy but then be absolutely uncontactable to action a cancellation. You have taken our money for a night not used in spite of every effort on our behalf to cancel. We will never use your booking service again. We'd appreciate a full refund as promised as we notified you twice by email and once by phone. We also notified the hotel, their booking service and Diamond Resorts. You have 174 euros belonging to us. Our worst Internet booking experience ever! You have no customer respect at all and not even the opportunity to give zero stars. Appalling.

Devo ringraziare l'hotel con il quale ho avuto buona comunicazione. Se fosse stato per voi non sarei neanche partita. E se il problema si fosse presentato all'arrivo?! Se l'hotel fosse stato sporco o in overbooking?? Come avrei risolto visto che la vostra assistenza è inesistente?
