United States | 25 January 2025I ordered my son his player kit in November and was told one item was backordered. Of course this was the game shirt that he is required to wear in games. I reached out at the end of November and was told if would definitely be here in the middle of December. I reached out at then end of December and was told mid January. I reached out today and you guessed it they will definitely have it mid February. The customer service is non existent. They do not deserve the one star that I put above

United States | 13 December 2024Buyers Beware. I can not get an issue resolved and it's been over 2 weeks to get customer service to help. They will not respond at all. I placed the wrong order for a uniform and realized it immediately. Contacted them several times via chat and email. They would not respond and sent the items out 4 days later. Per their policy, I can't return because they are customized. I tried so hard to stop it from being sent and it did anyway. Asked to talk to management, I'm on day 6 and management still hasn't gotten back to me. AVOID buying from here because if you have any issues, they do not have the staff or customer support to help you. My order was almost $500!!

United States | 22 August 2024I don't understand how this business still exists! I ordered my daughters club uniforms through their website but found out they were too big. I tried to have at least the shorts exchanged since the jerseys are customized and not exchangeable. So I went through their website and found out I need to put a new order first then they can issue a return authorization for me to return the shorts. But after a week, I haven't got the return authorization. Tried to contact them by email, no response. Called them, no one picked the phone. Trying to find the live chat, no success. What a horrible customer service!

United States | 21 August 2024Every time I have ordered from them there is always an issue with at least 1 or more items. I placed the ordered July 8th and everything was in stock. Received some of my order but 2 game jerseys were missing. I followed up and was told it has been backordered and would be here by the middle of August. It is now August 20th so I reached back out and they said the item is in stock but will take 2 weeks. We have tournaments this weekend. This happens literally every time I order from them. I don't know who they know to have such a strong hold on youth soccer but they are the worst to do business with.

My mistake is not looking at the reviews of this company before buying anything from them. Please stay away from this company as far as possible. Hopefully my review saves people hard-earned money.

United States | 02 August 2024From start to finish I'm completely unsatisfied with the business we got soccer. I originally ordered a pair of cleats with the thought that they'd be there in about a week or so. I got an original confirmation email telling me that they'd received my payment and were going to send me my cleats. I waited almost a week for the tracking number email, and I never received it. I think to contact customer support and ask what is happening with my order. It says that they will respond in 24 to 48 business hours. Four days later, I got a response that said that the cleats were no longer in stock and that I would be refunded. Mind you it has been almost a week and a half since I originally ordered the cleats, which I needed for a tournament. The part that made it even worse was the fact that they didn't tell me they were out of stock until I reached out to them first. How much longer would it have gone had I not reached out?? After they tell me about the refund which will take 3 to 5 days approximately they say. The worst part is I go look on the website for the cleats I bought, and it says that they are still in stock in the exact color and size I ordered. This just means that somebody else is going to buy these cleats expecting that they are in stock when in reality they are not. Overall horrible experience and I will never be using we got soccer again. I would not recommend that anybody else use them either.

United States | 04 July 2024Purchased a pair of cleats on May 25th. Upon arrival, you could tell the cleats were used or worn, they were not brand new. My son pointed out the cleats were brown at the bottom, they were already laced, only one cleat had the paper stuffed, the bag was missing and the box was torn. However, my son tried the cleats on, walked around a few and found them to be too light for his liking, we decided to return it. I found and downloaded a return form from the wegotsoccer website. I filled it out using adobe. Under reason for return, I put too light and appears used, I saved the pdf on June 2, 2024. Not being sure if the process, I decided to send an email to infoatwegotsoccer.com and asked for a return address. I received an address and similar pdf return form. After manually filling it out, I taped the box since I did not have a plastic to wrap the box in, included cleats as received, return form and returned item. Expecting a full refund, instead I received the following email on June 20th. Good Day, Thank you for shopping at WeGotSoccer. We have received your return from the order number listed above. We regret to inform you that due to the condition of the product returned, it has been determined that it does not meet the standards listed in our return policy (www dot wegotsoccer dot com/aboutus). That being said, the returned item has been repackaged and processed to ship back to your listed address. You should expect to receive this within the next 5-7 business days depending on the carrier. I asked what was wrong with the return, thinking maybe my return somehow was mixed up with someone else. When I manually filled out the return form I did not mention the cleats appeared used. But, the original return form I downloaded was saved with these comments. Wegotsoccer rightfully stated that the return form did not mention that the cleats appeared used as a reason for return and could not accept the cleats. I contacted BBB and opened a case. After some back and forth between myself and wegotsoccer about the condition received, I told them the only proof I had was the PDF I had downloaded and saved and has not been altered or touched since original date of June 2nd. I sent the PDF form. I was then told we got soccer would accept the cleats but I could only receive a credit. I contacted several members of their upper management, ceo, etc to intervene. However I received the same talking points. Received an email on July 1st saying this was the last communication, either they would ship the cleats back to me or I can accept a store credit.

Canada | 28 June 2024Very disappointed with the shipping times to Canada. First I paid $75 Cdn to ship a pair of Soccer Cleats and the product took over 2 weeks to arrive. No customs delay just shipped at low priority. During that waiting period I made purchases from a competitor....I paid less for shipping ( half the price) and the product arrived 7 days earlier. I also checked the cost from my post office to San Diego and recieved a quote $25 cheaper. So I waited long and they made money on shipping. I am disgusted and as a Soccer Academy Director you have lost mine and my 600 members business.

United States | 25 June 2024Ordered a hoodie from the Team site and was too small. Tried to exchange it - but they said no returns on custom items. I did not customize - there was no messaging about no returns on the PDP or in cart. I simply ordered what was displayed. Very deceptive marketing and operations practices. Strongly consider not ordering from this company. Response: if an article of clothing is ALREADY imprinted it cannot be considered custom (custom is made or done to order for a particular customer). You simply cannot print a bunch of shirts, maintain inventory and then claim that they are custom. That is illegal

United States | 18 April 2024They don't have a customer-friendly return policy on cleats. WeGotSoccer only allows returns of brand new cleats. There is no way for a player to experience the true fit and performance of the cleats, besides just trying them in the store. My daughter wore her Nike AG Elite cleats for 1 training session and they gave her severe blisters (unlike any other pair). But because she wore them for 90 minutes, they will not take them back. I wasn't looking for a refund. I wanted an exchange. Extremely poor return policy compared to its peers. For those looking for better return policies: Soccer.com has a 30 day, no questions asked, train and play in the cleats and return them for any reason. I've also returned cleats to Dick's because they were not comfortable after playing in them.

I called the store and they said they were not responsible ones the product leaves their store. So now I have just lost $250 dollars!! This store is nothing but fraud, do not buy from them!!

United States | 26 November 2023Ordered an Ertz womens #8 soccer jersey size ladies Medium. It was way too small by all standards. Tried to do a simple exchange for a larger size and was denied. They said "customized" shirts are final sale. How is #8 Ertz customized? That is her number. Nothing customized about it at all. I was reluctant to order from them in the beginning and they proved me right.

First they don’t pay for returns and now they will not take them back because they said she wore them. She did not wear them. She walked on the hard wood floors and knew they were too big. We took them off immediately and put them back into the broken, beat up box. They are now sending them back to us with no credit and we cannot use them. This is absolutely crazy. Do not order off line from this company.

France | 06 October 2023BUY ONLY IF YOU HAVE TIME, OR PAY EXTRA FOR YOUR PACKAGE TO DELIVER FATSER. I got my package delivered in perfect condition and everything. However with very very few protection. Also I had sent them an email asking to pause my delivery or give me the possibility to change the delivery location because the processing was taking very long (it took around a week or more) and I didn’t know if the package would come in time (I had to leave but didn’t know when, so didn’t want to take any risk). Took them 3 days to reply, and it was after they gave the package to UPS, so no change was possible. Only thing left to do was hope it would arrive in time. Luckily it did, 1 hour before I left my house.

United States | 09 September 2023Recently ordered from this site for the first time. Needed to make a return and emailed the address stated on the company's website for returns. I received autoreply emails (acknowledging that my email was received) to two separate and detailed inquiries, but I was never contacted beyond that, nor did I receive a shipping label or directions for returning. Today I finally called the phone number on their site, and sat on hold for over 20 minutes before someone finally picked up. At this point, I was told an email with directions for returning would be sent and that "personal preference" return was at my expense. Nowhere in the return policy does it state that customers are responsible for the cost of returns, only that items must be returned within 30 days. Long story short, buy from this site ONLY if you know exactly what you need and will not need to make a return or exchange. It is difficult to actually get in touch with a human to help you and expensive to make returns. They have a great variety of soccer apparel, etc. but are not equipped to provide any customer service in the online sector of their business.

I was a bit hesitant as there was so many bad reviews about quality of service but it was the only place I could find the goalie jersey for my daughter. I ordered it on Friday 8/25 and it was at my house by Monday 8/28. So I definitely will order from them again!
