United States | 25 August 2023Very Slow Shipping Process and Discount not applied. I ordered two soccer uniforms on Aug 11 for my 4 year for the soccer training we signed him up for and until today no shipping info "In Process" status. I gave them a call and was told it would ship out next week. Crossing fingers we get them before next Saturday, since game days are on Saturdays and won't be able to play if we don't have the uniform. Shipments coming from China get here within 10 days. They have 4 different locations and not sure how many warehouses and they couldn't get those two little uniforms out? I ordered his soccer cleats from TEMU which shipped on Aug 14 and I received them on Aug 21... This is ridiculous.... Not to mention the discount code I was given to use at checkout that didn't work and come to find out now it doesn't apply for team orders, then whey give it to me? They need to do better then this... and based on the other reviews I saw on Trust Pilot, I sure hope I don't have issues with returns if things don't turn out right. Good Luck doing business with WeGotSoccer....

United States | 10 August 2023I returned an item (which of course I had to mail back myself at my own expense). The tracking showed it had been delivered to them two weeks ago at that point and I still did not receive a refund or any acknowledgment of receipt. I had to email multiple times to get a response and eventually a refund. Replied and said it should not be my job to micromanage my refund and that I was unhappy with my experience, and once again was ignored. These people are just jerks.

Hong Kong | 06 August 2023They sent me a wrong item that I need to return it, and the policy says if you are asking for a refund, you need to get confirmation from the company before you sent the item back. I asked for a refund and sent emails, tens of emails, and they never replied... I am thinking they are sending me the wrong item on purpose

United States | 01 August 2023I wouldn't use this company. Unfortunately, my sons soccer team does though. I wanted to buy a simple shirt to support the team. I'm usually a M or L in Nike. I went with a L to be sure. It fit like a Small - maybe even child or women's sizing. They asked for pictures. I sent them. They asked for more pictures with another Nike shirt to compare. I did with a M and the L they sent was smaller! They said they couldn't refund me but could offer my 20% of the same shirt. The shirt is very low quality - must be Nike's lowest offering - I'd say even similar on the kids jersey/uniforms. No chance I buy anything from this company again.

United States | 27 July 2023Worst attempt at omni-channel retail I have ever seen. If I buy something at the retail store in Jacksonville, it is always a great experience. The people are nice, and the product is solid. However, stay away from the website at all costs. Their fulfillment is awful, and then when you want to ask about it the service is equally awful. If you have a local store, you are probably safe (Jax for sure), but otherwise I would avoid them and use Soccer.com.

I ordered my son cleats and ten days passed with no shipping email and so I emailed them only to find out after three extra days they didn’t have his size! They offered me a smaller size!!! I was so angry and all they said was oops! This isn’t the first time this happened but it is the last. They cost me having to spend full price on another site because the 4th of July sales were over! Don’t shop here.

Customer service, Devin, was very nice and knowledgable but the company policies stink. Return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer. So not only have they had my $90 this whole time but now I get to pay for shipping again.

United States | 10 March 2023Can we leave negative stars? I just ordered $1000 worth of kits for my two kids for their soccer team. All of the kits arrived on time and I was quite happy until I found that they had custom printed a Small sized jersey when all the others were Medium and Large. I reached out to "Gaby" via their zendesk help line and she was less than helpful. I asked for an itemized listing of my actual order... she did not provide it. Why is it this is the only company on the internet that wont give you an actual receipt... that is itemized? Now- I have a jersey that doesnt fit my daughter... that I need to reorder and their website does not allow for individual team jersey orders... What a nightmare... I suppose it's back to Soccer.com for our shoes, and other accessories.. avoid at all cost.

I tried to exchange it for a larger size and they are refusing to exchange or refund saying it was customizable and final sale. I have never dealt with a company like this in my life. It's not like we got our last name on it. It is the name of a popular player. They lost a customer for life.

United States | 20 December 2022I would leave 0 stars but that is not possible. I ordered a jersey from them that said it was in stock and tracked my order each day. After 7 days it was still in progress so I went to the online chat function to see if my order was being shipped and was told it was out of stock. Of course I asked what online retailer allows you to order and pay for something that they do not have in stock but no answer was given. Unfortunately my local club uses them for our kits but I will do everything in my power to discontinue using this company. if you order from them, understand that it may be back ordered and they will not tell you for weeks.

United States | 01 November 2022Don't recommend purchasing shoes from this Company unless your a lawyer who reads the small print every time before you make a purchase. Ordered shoes for my son and they didn't fit. I took off the tag with plastic that goes thru the shoe lace hole so he could try them on. Not thinking anything of it I threw the tag away. Tried to exchange the shoes two days later and because I don't have the tag, they won't accept the return. I have the box, shoes were worn for 15 seconds indoors and never touched a soccer ball; however, without a tag they will not take them back. If I bought the shoes directly thru Nike, my son could have worn the shoes for 14 days and we could have returned them with no questions asked, but WEGOTSOCCER won't take them back without a tag. Anyways, kinda scammy in my opinion. Buy your shoes somewhere else!

Not a single one of the orders went smoothly. 50% of the orders were never shipped, they just sat on my money for a couple months and then told me i can cancel as they do not seem to have those shoes - absolutely ridiculous. if i could give 0 stars, i would. Kyle and Devon are the biggest jokes, they never ever solved anything, and the worst part is that they give zero fcks about customers. Simply calling the physical store to ask about the availability of a product takes them weeks :DD Never have i been issued any sort of compensation, NEVER. but i guess fool me once shame on you, fool me twice (more like 30x) shame on me.

United States | 15 February 2022Will never buy from them again! Got our cleats in a reasonable amount of time but they were way too small and this company does NOT provide a return shipping label. You spend $300 for cleats and you return at your own expense! That is extremely poor customer service!!
