HORRIBLE customer service!!! Just gave me the run around for over a month and staff is incapable of reasonable problem solving conversation, basically they just read scripted policies over and over to customers with complaints and never solve the problem. They will not back a defective product and I'm out $250 and stuck with a pair of cleats that can not be worn without the potential to cause an injury. I was told to contact the boot maker (in Italy) myself!🙄

I placed an order in June and got it in September, then placed another in August and am still waiting for it. The company offers no customer service or assistance but keeps telling me the items are in processing and will be ready in a couple of weeks. At this point the season is over and my boys have not worn their uniforms once! I have spent over $1000 with the company in the past few months and they couldn't care less. In fact, I've requested to talk to a manager a few times and they have said none are available. I asked to cancel the order and they said I couldn't since it was a custom order. This company is the WORST!

You may have soccer, but you definitely don’t have soccer uniforms. Promise was 3-5 weeks for a uniform kit, been over 7 weeks and still hasn’t even shipped. Asked to cancel and be refunded the $100 and was told sorry not possible. Definitely need to address that policy. Whether it’s custom order or not, I’m not paying for a uniform that my kid will wear for 1-2 games! Unacceptable

Worst customer service ever! Season is halfway over and we don’t have a uniform. Asked to cancel was told no. Asked for a partial refund was told no. Asked to speak to a manager was told no. If a company can’t meet deadlines to get uniforms out in a timely manner then they should not agree to fulfill the order.

Absolutely awful experience with We Got Soccer. Shipping is months (!!) behind schedule. I get a different answer from every customer service rep I speak to. After a total runaround on a soccer kit that was ordered in early July (still waiting in late Sept when the rest of the team has received their). They won't even ship the items free when they are ready. I have never experienced something like this - and am not willing to blame covid-related delays. Stay away!!

Reading the Wegotsoccer reviews only after having placed my order for the size ten Zoom Vapor 14 Pro, which no other site had in stock, my spirits were dampened if I’m honest. But the shoes came delivered as ordered and in a prompt fashion.

The return policy is the worst I’ve seen. Also customer service is horrible. I’m sticking with soccer.com

Agree with non helpful canned response.with customer service. They do not care. Ordered July 31, 2021. Uniform was guaranteed to be in for first game if ordered by Aug 5. I ordered 2 different team uniform kits. One is ready but they won't ship because other kit is missing socks. More people should speak up! teams should stop using

Slow prep, shipping and same old story from customer rep. Ordered 1 month and 10 days ago, estimated 3-5 weeks shipment. 8 days ago I requested updated ETA and was told 5-10 business days. I called again today and got the same "canned response" of 1-2 weeks. Seems like that's their typical response. Games start this weekend and we have nothing! I wish we had another option to get uniforms.

My children's soccer club has used WeGotSoccer for a couple of years and each season the uniforms arrive later than stated. This year has been the worst experience yet. I ordered two of my children's uniforms June 8, 2021 and was originally told we'd receive them within 3-5 weeks. Today is Aug 16th and not only have we not received the uniforms, but we never heard from anyone from the company on why it was delayed and when it can be expected. To make matters worse, when I called to speak to with customer service to inquire about my order I was told they didn't know when my order specifically would go out, there wasn't a way to expedite my order to go out sooner, and I could not speak with anyone else to escalate the issue. At my request, the customer service rep finally took some ownership to at least inquire with the "production department" as to more specific dates on order completion and shipping options. Here's hoping that works out better than it has gone so far. 🤞

Shady business practice. I was told on "Chat" by staff that they had 3 of the uniform tops I needed (in stock) and that if I needed them I should pay for expedited shipment (2 day). I placed the order at that moment and saw it was in process. "Chat" told me that it will be in process for 2-3 days then ship. After 5 days I called back and was told - Sorry item is on back order. I said I need to cancel the order then and was told - Sorry you cannot cancel the order. I could "return" it, once I receive it. But....they would not cancel the order. So in a nutshell they are going to "expedite" ship an order to me that is on back order AND not refund or cover the shipping cost or return cost. I don't expect I will see any uniforms or refunds. Buyer beware! Shop local and with a reputable dealer.

The workers here were knowledgeable about my wishes for the first pair of cleats I bought in a half dozen years. They encouraged me to try on multiple pairs and gave me a solid run-down of the pros/cons in relation to what I was looking for (fit, durability, longevity, and price). Nice to get help from someone who has the same passion for sports as you do. Never felt pressured or hurried.

I’ve had a terrible experience with this company. I ordered uniforms for my children two months ago, and have not seen any portion of those uniforms yet. My children paid for these uniforms with their own money, and they have now played several games each without the uniforms that they paid for. Yet, this company refuses to offer even a partial refund.

I only ever shop online from big chain stores or like amazon/ebay but I saw Nike had run out of a Jordan/PSG jersey I wanted that was on sale. I ordered my jersey from wegotsoccer on Sunday and received it on thursday in California. Great experience.

I was looking for soccer jerseys and stumbled upon WeGotSoccer. They were selling a 2017-2018 Bayern Munich Jersey for only $9.99 (original price of $90). I was a bit skeptical since other sites were selling the same jersey for a lot more. Upon reading several online reviews, I was a bit hesitant to purchase from WeGotSoccer. They did have physical store locations, so I was assured that this store wasn't a complete scam. Nonetheless, I decided to test my luck and bought the jersey, since it was so cheap. Rest assured, I got the item within a week, through USPS. That being said, I'm not sure whether I'm one the few lucky customers that was able to get their item on time or what, but for the speed of delivery, and for the price I got this jersey for, I'm going to give them 5 stars.

This place takes forever to fill an order. It's been over a month for us. I emailed to say I was canceling the order since this is my daughter's last year, she's been borrowing a uniform, and it doesn't make sense. It showed up in our mail 2 days later! Clearly they didn't do anything until I complained. But it was missing shorts. I just bought the shorts directly from Adidas and got them in 48 hours. I want a refund for the cost from WeGotSoccer, and they've completely ignored my request. Teams need to go elsewhere for these items, i.e., directly to the manufacturer. WeGotSoccer adds only a layer of expense and bureaucracy -- THERE IS NO CONVENIENCE, ONLY HASSLE.

When we ordered two jerseys 12 days ago, the invoice assured us it would ship in "3 business days." It is now Wednesday. My son has a tournament starting Friday. In response to an email sent today, they first responded that it would ship NEXT week. Then, in response to a phone call, they said it had shipped TODAY. Then, in response to a followup question, they said that, well, the USPS will be picking it up sometime this afternoon. Estimated time of delivery . . . maybe Saturday? If given a choice, I will NEVER do business with this fly-by-night outfit again.
