Customer service was top notch but I feel the quality of the glass whips has decreased. My cat knocked my original vapor brothers hands free whip on the floor and broke it. I've had that whip for at least a decade. The new one just doesn't have the same quality. Glass isn't as thick and the shape of the whip is different. I've learned to use it ok but if it was to fall on the floor I feel this one would break more easily so I'm definitely being more careful with this new one. I've have the hands free whip that can be broken down and cleaned more easily but it doesn't seem to vape as well as the solid glass one. Just my experience.

Have been using this product for years and believe that it's the healthiest way to vape. The long hose delivers the vapor in a much cooler state than my little Pax, which I still use for travel. Plus there service is almost perfect.

Really thankful for the product. I am sure I’m still alive because of it. I am writing this now, a cancer survivor, years after I purchased their basic model. I have had the model for I believe 10 years now and use it everyday. Cannabis was part of my recommended treatments and their unit helped me consume it without burning the plant matter. I checked in with Vapor Brothers years ago thanking them, they even offered me a small discount on future purchases because of the financial hardship cancer brings. I've owned my vaporbrothers ceramic incense burner/vape box since 2011 and it's never given me any issues. I chose this style for optimum health benefits, and added smoothness. The potpourri burner attachment gets used all the time in my home. I highly recommend buying anything from this company.

The original Vapor Brothers ceramic heater really works, and it works everyday for years and years. I have had multiple VB vaporizers and have even purchased them for friends and family. I'm a believer.
