Easy to get a name card.

First time trying out the service & was a good experience. They will give feedback on how to improve your art work so that it will turn out well after printing on the name card. They will also update on the delivery date & timing. Overall a pleasant experience!!

Read alot of negative reviews, saying that the customer service is bad. However, I was pleasantly surprised to have the customer service reaching out for me, not the other way round! They made sure that the bleeding was done well, and that the colour was set to the correct mode! Colours turned out vibrant(rmb to set CMYK), and the cutting, lamination and printing process was perfect! Ordered for it to arrive next Monday, but arrived this Friday! Quality is on point, and cost is quite affordable! Highly recommended, will return again🔥

Cheap and good printing service

Artwork verification was meticulous and efficient. Delivery was lightning fast. The only negative is that my 'rounded cornered' name cards seemed to have been manually cut by hand instead of using a round-cornered clipper, resulting in unevenly 'round' corners.

The most affordable printing company for greeting cards. Customer service are responsible and reliable. Unlike some other companies I used before who don't include delivery fee nor provide solutions for unsatisfactory printing result, gogoprint has quality in their services.

Very prompt service, emailed me immediately when they saw that my postcards were not aligned properly. They got back to me very quickly after I submitted the new versions. Postcards and bookmarks were of high quality with a matte finish, delivered on time and really quickly.

Terrible customer service & subpar product. I printed a set of namecards and they screwed up the bleed cut so badly, the entire design became off-centred. Approached the customer service nicely with photographic evidence of the error to mitigate this problem and was only told they would check with their production team. No offer to rectify the problem they created. Left a really bad taste int he tongue. The cards they printed was subpar too, colours are dull and uninspiring.

I love the self-designing template that allows English & Chinese text. I thought it could better with a few more fonts types to choose from? Meanwhile, I’m pleased with mine. Turnaround time was quick and the item tracking is almost real time! Love it!!!

I first came across Gogoprint via google. What caught the eye were the reasonable prices. Furthermore, any communication done through whatsapp was clear, informative and professional. The final product was also top notch too, though I honestly did think the lamination was bit thin haha. Delivery was super fast, and I was given extras too. All in all, a great experience, and I look forward to making more orders in the future :)
