fast service! ordered it around 1am on monday, they sent me a pdf to confirm the printing on monday around afternoon. i uploaded a new version and they sent me a pdf to confirm the printing (check proof) on tues. i confirmed it on tues and they shipped my order out on friday 2pm (i ordered 500 cards with double sided printing, no other specifications). since it's coming from malaysia, i thought it would probably arrive on saturday bc of covid + it's coming from overseas, but to my surprise, the deliveryman reached my address at 9.30pm on friday! will definitely be back for their services again, the cards were printed very well too and can be written on with normal pen 👍🏻👍🏻

Communication is easy and get my item within 2 days.

Initially uploaded an artwork with grammatical error, and I only realised it after the window for re-uploading closes. Sent an email to them to have it replaced, they were responsive and got it replaced at no additional cost. Quality of the print and packing are great

Bad print quality despite my pdf image artwork submission being more than 300dpi. The printed colours near the edges of has a bluish hue and appears cloudy/pixelated (signs of printer output gone bad without quality control). Spoke to customer service representative, provided evidence of the issue (see images attached), was assured that I will get an answer the next day. Its more than a week now and all I got was a patronizing reply. If this is the usual print quality from gogoprint, so be it, but please least recognize the issue at hand and provide a prompt reply to your customer - don't leave things hanging. I have gotten my cards from another vendor. I hope to get a refund from this. My order is OR022104093092
