Ordered a 2013 Borolo but received a 2015 vintage. Initially disappointed but all was explained following a phone call to TC.

Love the store/bar area. Presented really well & feel relaxed whenever I’m there enjoying a glass of wine. Staff are really helpful & I have continued to use their next day free delivery twice during lockdown, both times the wines delivered were really lovely & would want to drink again!

I ordered a bottle of the Lambrusco Grasparpssa Di Castelvetro for my wifes Birthday and was called not long after the purchase as I made a mistake with the delivery option. I found the person I spoke with to be very polite and helpful. After the mix up I received my bottle of Lambrusco very quickly - I was then contacted again to say they have sent out 2 bottles of wine due to a mix up (probably because I messed up the initial delivery option), they kindly said I can have the other bottle for free. A fantastic business that I will definitely buy from in the future.

Great wines. Great price. They shipped it out fast. Shame about the courier parcel force - ordered next day delivery on Wednesday and now its Saturday and still no sign of my order.
