Thankyou most helpful and genuinely concerned about the Fed Ex total cockup of delivering to the house several doors away! Twisted Cellar chased Fed Ex and made them collect and redeliver......lets be honest it's not a hard job? correct parcel? yep. Correct address? yep. Despite this hiccup which wasn't their fault, I'll trust Twisted Cellar again, a very friendly small business feel to this company!

The Copper in the Clouds Gin looks amazing and is so out of the ordinary. I am sure my friend will love it. Very carefully packaged with inflatable packaging so no risk of breakage. There was a problem with the initial delivery on Friday so unfortunately it arrived late for my friends birthday but Twisted Cellar were very kind and helped ensure Fedex delivered it on the next working day.

I placed my first order with Twisted Cellar in June of this year after finding them through a Google search of a particular wine that I was after. I was really impressed with their extensive selection across all price points and ended up ordering a bunch of bottles. My order arrived the next day and was really securely packaged. What was notable was the team's excellent customer service when I realised that one of the bottles sent to me differed to the one I ordered. I received a white from the producer I was after as opposed to the red - easily done with such similar bottles (and such fast delivery!). I notified the guys at Twisted Cellar on the evening of the day my delivery arrived and by the next morning, the correct bottle had arrived and they offered for me to keep the other bottle as a small apology for the inconvenience. Really, really great service. I was so impressed that I went on to place a second large order and will happily order with them again in future.

Although you did an amazing job I'd review your courier they have listed delivery hubs that dont except Fed Ex twice I've had to call them to reschedule a delivery and paid £8.99 delivery charge and I still dont have my product, but twisted celler kept to there word and dispatched on time

We were trying to find an orange wine after seeing it on TV and were pleased to see that Twisted Cellar stocked such a thing. I ordered and it arrived very quickly, well packaged and good customer service. I shall definitely be revisiting the site the next time I am looking for something unusual!

Since COVID-19 I've been ordering all my wine online and have received a fantastic service from Twisted Cellar. As I live locally I get free same day delivery and the wines are always excellent. I asked for some advice on sparkling wine last week and have received some great suggestions which I'm looking forward to trying. Great service and great wine!!!

I was new to this website and, on my first attempt I didn't manage to make the purchase I wanted to make - the result of a mistake or omission on my part. A message to this effect on the Help Line got me a very prompt reply, encouraging me to try again - which I did. My second attempt was successful and my purchase was delivered to the right address in very good time. I won't be a frequent customer, but I will use the firm again when I have occasion to, and I would certainly recommend it to others.
