I shopped with TC at Christmas they were efficient, turning around my order very quickly. Using them during COVID-19 was no different. We’re white Burgundy lovers and they have some excellent tasting ones, that hasn’t stopped us ordering the odd red, yet to try.

Only one of the two items I ordered was initially delivered. However, the company have now got back in touch personally to explain the status and that I should receive the replacement order very soon.

You may like to review your delivery agent Delivery missed as they came earlier than promised time slot, for which I rushed back. Had to go chasing round the town to find them as I would not have been available the following day

Excellent service. My order was out of stock, but after calling me to advise sent a more expensive alternative at their expense. It also arrived the day after and I hadn’t expected it until after the weekend. The Lambrusco was superb. Won’t hesitate to use twisted cellar again.
