The company did not send my package until I phoned about it. I called a 1-866 number on their web site and was linked to what appeared to be a scam phone number, when they tried to charge me to get them to send me the invoice for my order. They insisted that I give them my credit card information. Then I phoned the local phone number and got through. I told them about the 1-866 number and their IT department had that number removed immediately. The whole experience seemed quite shady.
